Our viennoiseries are buttery, flaky, and made entirely from scratch with real butter — using time-honoured techniques and no artificial ingredients. Every piece is handcrafted in-house, with careful attention to detail and flavour. It’s no surprise we've been voted Best Bakery in Ottawa two years in a row — and many of our customers say our croissants rival those in Paris.
 

We offer a delicious variety, freshly baked every morning:

  • Plain Croissant:
    A classic, flaky, buttery croissant baked fresh daily — light, airy, and perfect on its own or with your favourite spread.

  • Pain au Chocolat: 
    Buttery croissant dough wrapped around rich dark chocolate for a deliciously indulgent treat.

  • Double Chocolate Pain au Chocolat: 
    An extra chocolatey twist on the classic, filled with two layers of premium dark and milk chocolate for chocolate lovers.

  • Almond Croissant: 
    A flaky croissant filled with almond cream and topped with toasted sliced almonds and powdered sugar — a nutty, sweet delight.

  • Pistachio Rose Croissant: 
    Our best-seller! Filled with delicate house-made pistachio cream and infused with a hint of pure rose water — a unique, fragrant favourite.

  • Hazelnut Pain au Chocolat:  
    Buttery croissant filled with smooth hazelnut cream and rich chocolate — a perfect harmony of flavours.

  • Apple Turnover: 
    Flaky pastry filled with hommade apple compote and cinnamon — a warm and comforting classic.

  • Palmier: 
    Light, crispy, and buttery palmier cookies with caramelized sugar — simple yet irresistible.

  • Apricotine: 
    A tender pastry filled with apricot and pastry cream — fruity and crispy in every bite.

  • Cinnamon Pain au Raisin: 
    Swirls of cinnamon and plump raisins baked into flaky pastry — a sweet, spiced favourite.

  • Pain Suisse: 
    A rich, flaky croissant filled with custard and dark chocolate — a decadent treat for pastry lovers.

  • Crookie:
    A delicious fusion of a croissant and a cookie! Our buttery croissant is filled and topped with rich chocolate chip cookie dough, then baked to golden perfection. Crispy, gooey, and totally addictive.

Brunch Croissants:

Our brunch croissants are a customer favourite—freshly baked, filled with handcrafted ingredients, and full of flavour.
 

  • Strawberry Cream Croissant: Filled with fresh strawberries, homemade strawberry confit, and whipped cream—all layered inside our buttery croissant. A light, fruity treat and our chef’s personal favourite!

  • Tiramisu Croissant: Our take on the classic dessert—made with fresh croissant, rich coffee syrup, and mascarpone cream. Topped with a pipette of extra coffee syrup for a fun and flavourful finish.Perfect for a sweet brunch or afternoon treat!
