At Tartelette, every pastry is made from scratch with care and the finest ingredients. Our pastry menu includes an irresistible variety—flavourful tarts, creamy cheesecakes, elegant mini cakes, finger desserts, freshly baked cookies, and tender scones.

We also offer gluten-free and vegan selections, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're treating yourself or sharing with guests, our pastries bring a touch of sweetness to every moment.

Tarts:

We take pride in offering a selection of beautifully handcrafted tarts, each made with care and high-quality ingredients. Our flavours include:

  • Raspberry Almond Tart:
    A buttery tart filled with almond cream and raspberry confit and topped with raspberry ganache.

  • Shirazi Tart – Our signature tart, inspired by the chef’s roots and made with a luxurious blend of saffron, pistachio, and cardamom. Unique, aromatic, and unforgettable.

  • Chocolate Mango Pistachio Entremet: (New)
    A refreshing summer treat made with creamy chocolate mousse, mango filling, and a crisp pistachio chocolate coating. Smooth, vibrant, and irresistible.

  • Coconut Strawberry Pistachio Tart:
    Pistachio cream, strawberry confit, and coconut mousse come together for a perfectly fruity, nutty blend.

  • Chocolate Caramel Tart:
    Filled with chocolate almond cream and a layer of caramel, topped with rich chocolate mousse and dark chocolate ganache. Decadent and deeply satisfying.

  • Blueberry Lemon Tart:
    Bright lemon curd and blueberry confit, topped with blueberry ganache and fresh blueberries on a crisp tart base. Refreshing, vibrant, and full of flavour.

  • Orange Almand Tart:
    A delicate tart filled with almond cream, layered with orange marmalade, and topped with almond slices. Fragrant, nutty, and beautifully balanced.

  • Lemon Meringue Tart:
    Tangy lemon curd topped with lightly toasted meringue for a classic finish.

  • Tiramisu Tart:
    A twist on the Italian favourite, with coffee-soaked sponge and mascarpone cream in a tart shell.


Each tart is available as an individual serving, a custom 8-inch tart, or in one-bite size — perfect for catering, parties, and special events. Just call the shop to place your custom or event order — we’ll be happy to create something memorable for your occasion!

Cheesecakes:

Our cheesecakes are rich, creamy, and made in-house with premium ingredients and no artificial flavours. We offer a variety of irresistible flavours, including:
 

  • Nutella Cheesecake
    Creamy and rich, made with real Nutella and topped with a swirl of Nutella and whipped cream. A chocolate hazelnut dream.

  • Strawberry Cheesecake
    Classic vanilla cheesecake topped with house-made strawberry confit and fresh strawberries.

  • Oreo Cheesecake:
    Cookies and cream lovers’ favourite — filled and topped with crushed Oreos.

  • Biscoff Cheesecake:
    Creamy cheesecake with Biscoff spread and generously topped with more Biscoff for a rich, sweet, and velvety treat.

  • Shirazi Cheesecake:
    A signature fusion dessert, blending creamy cheesecake with the warm, aromatic flavours of saffron, pistachio, and cardamom. Inspired by our chef’s heritage and loved for its unique taste.


All cheesecakes are available as individual portions, and we also offer custom 9-inch cheesecakes for special occasions. Just call the shop to place your order in advance.​​

Mini Cakes and Fingers:

Our handcrafted mini cakes and pastry fingers are made from scratch using high-quality ingredients — perfect for a treat, dessert table, or special event.

Mini Cakes:

  • Strawberry Shortcake: 
    Light, fluffy vanilla sponge, and layered with fresh cream and strawberries

  • Tiramisu Cake :
    A classic Italian dessert made halal, featuring layers of coffee-soaked sponge and mascarpone cream, dusted with cocoa for a rich and creamy indulgence.

  • Shirazi Cake :
    A signature fusion cake made with tender pistachio cake, layered with saffron cream and infused with cardamom. Rich, fragrant, and inspired by our chef’s heritage — a true customer favourite


Fingers:

  • Rocher Finger:
    Hazelnut financier filled with chocolate caramel and coated in Belgian dark chocolate-Pistachio

  • Pistachio Raspberry Finger :
    Pistachio financier with raspberry-pistachio filling and Belgian white chocolate coating

 

We also offer a vegan, Gluten-Free Chocolate Banana Bread — rich, moist, and made for everyone to enjoy.

Our scones and cookies are made from scratch and taste just like homemade — simple, comforting, and full of flavour.

Gluten-Free & Vegan Pastries:

We believe everyone deserves a treat—so we’ve created a small but delicious selection of gluten-free and vegan options, made from scratch with quality ingredients.

  • Chocolate Banana Bread:
    Moist, rich, and completely gluten-free and vegan. A customer favourite!

  • Almond Cookie (Bagged):
    Crunchy, nutty, and gluten-free. Perfect with a cup of tea or coffee.

     

Please note: While these items are made without gluten or animal products, our kitchen is not a gluten-free or nut-free facility. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
